Kick, ban, and unban
Remove a player from the current session or block future entry.
Before you start
- Have Kick or Ban permission.
- Confirm the correct player before acting.
Follow these steps
- Open the player list or Moderation dashboard.
- Choose Kick to disconnect the player from the current session.
- Add a reason when the confirmation allows it.
- Choose Ban when the player must not rejoin.
- Confirm the ban action and reason.
- To reverse a ban, open the Moderation dashboard.
- Open Bans, find the user, and choose Unban.
- Confirm the unban.

Check that it worked
- Kicked players are disconnected but may be able to return.
- Banned players cannot rejoin until unbanned.
- Unbanned users regain the ability to enter according to normal access rules.
Useful tips and common mistakes
- Do not confuse Kick with Ban.
- Record clear reasons and follow your community rules.
- A platform account ban is different from a scene ban.
