Add and adjust lights

Before you start

• Enter Edit mode with light permission.

Follow these steps

1. Choose Add, then Light.
2. Select the light object.
3. Move it near the area to illuminate.
4. Rotate it when the selected light type has a direction.
5. Open the Media or light settings tab.
6. Adjust color, intensity, range, and other available settings.
7. Check the result from several camera angles.
8. Save.

Check that it worked

• The intended area becomes brighter or changes color.
• The scene remains readable without harsh overexposure.

Useful tips and common mistakes

• Use fewer purposeful lights instead of many overlapping strong lights.
• Lighting can affect performance, especially on mobile and VR.
