Add a PDF

Display a document that visitors can open and read inside the scene.

Before you start

  • Enter Edit mode with PDF permission.
  • Upload or select a PDF asset.

Follow these steps

  1. Choose Add, then PDF.
  2. Select the new PDF surface.
  3. Position and size it near the intended viewing area.
  4. Open the Media tab.
  5. Choose the PDF asset.
  6. Adjust available page or display settings.
  7. Save and exit Edit mode.
  8. Aim at the PDF and press E or tap to open the document preview.

Check that it worked

  • The PDF cover or page appears in the scene.
  • The visitor preview opens and allows the document to be read.

Useful tips and common mistakes

  • Keep the source file size reasonable for faster loading.
  • Use a nearby text sign to explain what the document contains.
