Use folders and tags
Organize a growing asset library with folders and reusable tags.
Before you start
- Open My assets.
Follow these steps
- Create a folder for a project, client, scene, or content type.
- Name the folder clearly.
- Select assets and move them into the folder.
- Open the tag editor.
- Create tags such as Furniture, Nature, Approved, or Draft.
- Apply one or more tags to selected assets.
- Use the folder sidebar and tag filters to find the assets again.

Check that it worked
- Folder counts and contents update.
- Applied tags appear on the assets.
- Tag filtering shows only matching items.
Useful tips and common mistakes
- Folders describe where an asset belongs; tags describe what it is or its status.
- Avoid many nearly identical tag names.
