Create a seat
Turn a model or building object into a place where visitors can sit.
Before you start
- Enter Edit mode and select a supported model or building object.
Follow these steps
- Open the Seats tab in the inspector.
- Add a seat position.
- Use the Move tool to place the seat marker on the sitting surface.
- Use Rotate to face the seat in the correct direction.
- Adjust additional seat options shown in the inspector.
- Save the scene.
- Exit Edit mode.
- Approach the seat and use the Sit prompt.

Check that it worked
- The sit prompt appears near the configured seat.
- The avatar sits in the expected position and direction.
- The stand action returns the visitor to normal movement.
Useful tips and common mistakes
- Place the seat slightly above the visible surface to avoid clipping.
- Test with the actual avatar proportions used in the scene.
