Grant permissions
Give one person only the scene abilities needed for their role.
Before you start
- Own the scene or have Manage permissions access.
- The user must have an account.
Follow these steps
- Open the scene's moderation or permissions controls.
- Find the user by name or account information.
- Open that user's permissions.
- Review the current enabled abilities.
- Enable the abilities required for their task.
- Disable abilities they should not use.
- Choose Save permissions.
- Ask the user to confirm that the required controls are available.

Check that it worked
- The user's permission summary updates.
- New controls become available without granting ownership.
