Preview assets
Inspect an asset before placing or sharing it.
Before you start
- Open My assets or an editor asset manager.
Follow these steps
- Find the asset using search, type filters, folders, or tags.
- Select its thumbnail or preview action.
- For a model, rotate, zoom, reset the view, or inspect the available display options.
- For an image, zoom and fit it to the preview.
- For audio or video, play and check the content.
- For a PDF, review its pages.
- Close the preview.

Check that it worked
- The preview matches the file you intended to use.
- The model orientation, media quality, and content are suitable for the scene.

- If a preview fails, the source may still be processing or may be invalid.
