Edit scene details
Update the information and management rules shown on a scene card.
Before you start
- Own the scene.
Follow these steps
- Open My scenes.
- Find the scene and choose Edit.
- Change the scene name or description.
- Change the access level if needed.
- Turn locked editing on when collaborators should require explicit edit permission.
- Review whether visitors may create private rooms.
- Review whether private-room edits should be saved.
- Choose Save.

Check that it worked
- The updated name and description appear on the scene card.
- The access badge and room behavior match the saved choices.
Useful tips and common mistakes
- Use a description that tells visitors what to do after entering.
- Be careful when allowing saved private-room copies because they can continue separately from the original scene.
