Add video or YouTube
Place a video surface using an uploaded video or a supported YouTube source.
Before you start
- Enter Edit mode with video permission.
- Prepare the video asset or YouTube link.
Follow these steps
- Choose Add.
- Choose Video for an uploaded asset or YouTube for a hosted video.
- Select and position the screen.
- Open the Media tab.
- Choose the video asset or enter the YouTube source.
- Adjust playback, looping, volume, or synchronization options shown.
- Save and exit Edit mode.
- Approach the screen and test playback.

Check that it worked
- The correct video appears on the surface.
- Playback controls or interaction prompts work as configured.
Useful tips and common mistakes
- Video features may depend on plan and permission.
- Use an appropriate screen aspect ratio to avoid visible stretching.
- Test synchronized playback with a second visitor when it matters.
