Add 360 media
Add panoramic media that visitors can enter or view immersively.
Before you start
- Enter Edit mode with 360 media permission.
- Use a validated 2:1 image or supported 360 video.
Follow these steps
- Open the 360 media panel from the editor toolbar.
- Choose an existing reusable 360 asset or upload a new one when allowed.
- Attach the asset to the current scene library.
- Add or select the 360 media object.
- Position its world volume in the scene.
- Configure the available viewing behavior.
- Save and exit Edit mode.
- Interact with the object and use Exit 360 to return.

Check that it worked
- The 360 asset is available in the scene.
- Interaction opens an immersive view for the local visitor.
Useful tips and common mistakes
- Immersive viewing is local; it does not move every visitor at once.
- Use high-quality 2:1 panoramas while keeping file size practical.
