Add audio
Add a sound source that visitors can hear in the scene.
Before you start
- Enter Edit mode with audio permission.
- Prepare or select a supported audio asset.
Follow these steps
- Choose Add, then Audio.
- Select the audio object.
- Move it to the location the sound should come from.
- Open the Media tab.
- Choose the audio asset or source.
- Set available playback, volume, loop, or distance options.
- Save and exit Edit mode.
- Approach and test the sound as a visitor.

Check that it worked
- The audio plays according to its settings.
- Spatial audio changes naturally as you move when distance behavior is enabled.
Useful tips and common mistakes
- Keep volume comfortable and avoid several loud looping sources in one area.
- Use Settings sound controls while testing, but remember visitors have their own volume preferences.
